1) Are you a small business?

We sure are! We are an online business based out of Crossville, TN. The Fire Within Creations is owned and operate by myself, Jamie Smith, along with my wife and 2 kids.

2) Do you ship?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States. We also offer FREE pick-up in Crossville, TN!

3) What is the turnaround time for custom hat orders?

Short Answer: Within 2 weeks for orders smaller than 50 hats.

HOWEVER, our blank hats are ordered once the order payment is made. We have no control over the shipping process of those hats. We do our best t use UPS when possible, but some of our distributors only offer USPS as their shipping partner and their shipping times are almost always delayed.

You will be updated every step of the way on the order process.

4) Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on custom orders. We will do everything within our power to make things right on our end. If your order is damaged or lost during the shipping process, then we can offer a potential discount on your next order, but we can’t control what happens once your order leaves our shop.

5) can I pay for my custom hat order once the hats are ready?

We are an online-based business, so just like any other online purchase, payment is due before your blank hats can be ordered (with the exception of businesses using the W9 IRS Form and POs).
